Argentinian artist Santiago Quesnel’s process is marked by the layered landscape of his hometown. The planes of his paintings shift and envelop the body in warmth as you gaze at his work. The artist is inspired by his memory, photographs of his own, or ones found, and sketches in the moment; but always it is the inspiration of the city that provides the fuel for his practice… the soul for his vision.
